Project Overview
This is our custom modular pre‑fabricated bungalow project designed for a beach resort in the Bahamas. Considering the local tropical marine climate, we adopted an elevated stilt foundation to keep the house away from damp ground, salt spray and tidal humidity. The resort‑style artificial thatched gable roof delivers authentic tropical vacation aesthetics. Each unit comes with an outdoor terrace and a private plunge pool, which greatly upgrades guest experience and increases room revenue for the resort operator.
All wall panels, roof structures and interior finishes are pre‑manufactured in our factory. On‑site installation is fast, which solves the problem of difficult local construction resources on the Bahamas island. The interior includes a luxury bedroom, living hallway and a complete bathroom, fully finished for hotel occupancy after installation.
